Sara and Isabel are sisters from Singapore- major food capital of the world. They now reside in Vancouver, Canada...also another food capital. This is our dumpling story.
Sara, a finance and economics (and aspiring food) major at UBC loves all kinds of dumplings, from perogies to gyozas. She has fond memories of wrapping wontons with her nanny from a young age and has never looked back since. Of course, she loves her sweets and all things yummy.
Isabel, relying on her childhood staples of simply rice and tofu, had a food epiphany at the age of seven and has never turned back. Memories of her chowing down two plates of dumplings, within minutes, remain in mind. She has been known as the " dumpling queen" ever since.
